We analyze how women work, pivot, and thrive in a post‑pandemic world — then translate those insights into real career pathways.
The last five years have redefined the U.S. workforce. Remote work, AI-driven roles, and the rise of side hustles have changed how mid-career women navigate leadership, flexibility, and entrepreneurship. The US Female Mid‑Career Pivot Index studies these shifts — integrating AI analytics, behavioral science, and multi-university data to reveal what options truly work now. Participants aren’t just part of research; they gain clarity on where they stand and what their next best move could be.

The MCFI quantifies this drop-off and identifies high-leverage interventions — insights that shape policies, inform corporate DEI strategies, and unlock untapped talent pools worth billions in unrealized value.

The session is part of the study and is designed to collect meaningful data while providing participants with useful context about their own career patterns. Each session lasts approximately 30 to 40 minutes and is conducted over video by post‑graduate research fellows from our partner universities.
Before the session begins, participants complete a short digital test that highlights decision‑making style, strengths, and pivot readiness. This information, combined with responses to five to seven focused questions during the session, allows the research team to share relevant observations.
